IFX FORUM WELCOMES BRIXLOGIC AS NEWEST CORPORATE MEMBER

FALLS CHURCH, Va. – Jan. 5, 2004 – The Interactive Financial eXchange (IFX) Forum today announced that Brixlogic, Inc., a provider of XML/Web Services software solutions for the financial services and insurance markets, has joined the Forum as a corporate member.

The IFX Forum is a non-profit consortium of financial institutions, service providers and independent software vendors. Its members work together to develop a robust XML framework for the electronic business-to-business exchange of data among financial service institutions around the world. Brixlogic delivers XML business layer software solutions based on industry standards. The Brixlogic IFX Simulator, for example, is based on the IFX 1.4 XML specification and the IFX ATM/POS implementation guidelines, and allows quick prototyping and testing of IFX messaging at message content level between ATM terminals or POS devices and servers.

"Becoming active as a member of the IFX Forum is a logical step for us,” said Xavier Wartelle, CEO of Brixlogic. “We have used the IFX standard version 1.4 and found it robust and extensible, and we are eager to join with other innovators to contribute our experience to the specification’s ongoing development.”

“We are pleased to welcome Brixlogic to the work of the Forum,” said Richard P. Urban, IFX Forum president. “Their insights into implementation of the IFX standard in ATM/POS applications will certainly be valuable as we prepare to broaden the scope of the specification in future versions. In addition, Brixlogic will bring practical perspectives on Web Services architecture that will be valuable to our current efforts.”
